Nick is a Licensed Building Practitioner, a Licensed Waterproofer, and an approved Producer Statement Author (PSA127420) for waterproofing. This means he is qualified to certify that your bathroom’s waterproofing work has been carried out according to the approved plans and the New Zealand Building Code.
Nick brings 30 Years of hands-on experience in residential construction and bathroom renovations. Originally from Scotland, he’s called New Zealand home for many decades and has built a strong reputation for reliable workmanship, straight-up communication, and work that meets council compliance every time.
Nick personally manages each renovation from start to finish. His role includes overseeing design, coordinating trades, and signing off waterproofing compliance so you can confidently move forward with your project – whether it requires council consent or not.
Beyond the tools and paperwork, Nick is a proud father of two boys. On weekends, you’ll often find him out mountain biking the Auckland trails with his sons – muddy shoes, big laughs, and all.
